Boot Solutions is owned and operated by experienced Foot & Ankle Surgeon Dr Ned Buckley. Through a unique combination of medical, biomechanical and technical knowledge, Ned and his team of qualified bootfitters are able to offer clients an unrivalled boot fitting experience.

We offer an extensive range of ski and snowboard boots, with over 120 different models from 11 leading brands. We also have a fantastic selection of quality European winter footwear.

Our store at Hilton Niseko Village also offers premium ski and snowboard rentals and retail.

At Boot Solutions, we want to make finding and creating the perfect fitting boot as enjoyable as possible, which is why we have created the VIP Boot Fitting Experience; the most relaxing and luxurious way to get your very own custom fitted ski/snowboard boots! 

Trained and led by Foot & Ankle Surgeon Dr Ned Buckley, our team at Boot Solutions is made up of qualified Podiatrists and expert boot-fitters. Through a unique combination of medical, biomechanical and technical knowledge, Ned and the team are able to offer you an unrivalled boot fitting experience.

Included in the experience is a private one-to-one consultation with one of our senior podiatrists in an exclusive private environment, where you will have the entire store and staff to yourselves.
