Boot Solutions is a retail ski and snowboard business operating in Niseko, Hokkaido and Hakuba, Nagano with 20 years' experience in the local industry. Our year-round team expands each winter to around 50 seasonal employees, including both Japanese and international staff. We are passionate about skiing, snowboarding, and creating an awesome work environment for our team.
The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Supervisor to manage recruitment, HR administration, compliance, and staff logistics across our year-round and seasonal operations. Based in Niseko, this full-time position combines strategic off-season planning with hands-on support during the busy winter season.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, personnel records, and offboarding.
Coordinate seasonal recruitment for up to 50 winter staff, including planning, advertising, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, and visa application support.
Ensure compliance with Japanese labour laws, immigration laws, and government reporting requirements.
Maintain accurate records for working hours, leave, overtime, payroll information, social insurance, and employment insurance.
Coordinate staff housing and transport arrangements.
Support managers with employee relations, workplace issues, scheduling, and HR advice.
Maintain and improve HR systems, policies, onboarding materials, and recruitment processes.
Provide general office administration and accounting support where required.
About You
Experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or compliance, preferably in Japan.
Good understanding of Japanese employment practices, labour law, social insurance, and HR administration.
Experience with seasonal, hospitality, retail, tourism, or international workforces. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional communicator able to work effectively with both Japanese and international staff.
Conversational English and native or JLPT N1 Japanese proficiency are required.

当社では、人事（HR）スーパーバイザーを募集しています。
本ポジションでは、採用活動、人事事務、労務コンプライアンス、スタッフの住居・移動手配など、人事業務全般をご担当いただきます。勤務地はニセコで、年間を通じたフルタイム勤務となります。オフシーズンには採用・人事制度の企画・準備を進め、繁忙期となる冬季には現場に密着した人事サポートを行っていただく、幅広くやりがいのあるポジションです。
主な業務内容
採用、入社手続き、雇用契約書作成、人事情報管理、退職手続きなど、人事事務全般の管理
冬季スタッフ（最大約50名）の採用業務全般（採用計画、求人掲載、応募者選考、面接、候補者対応、ビザ申請サポートなど）
日本の労働法、出入国管理法令および各種行政手続きへの適切な対応・コンプライアンス管理
勤怠管理、休暇・時間外労働、給与関連情報、社会保険・雇用保険に関する各種記録の管理
スタッフ用住居および交通手段の手配・調整
従業員対応、職場での課題解決、シフト管理、人事に関するアドバイスなど、各部門マネージャーへのサポート
人事システム、社内規程、入社研修資料、採用プロセスの改善・運用
必要に応じた一般事務および経理業務のサポート
応募資格
人事、採用、総務・事務、またはコンプライアンス業務の実務経験（日本国内での経験があれば尚可）
日本の雇用慣行、労働法、社会保険制度、人事労務管理に関する知識
季節雇用、ホスピタリティ業界、小売業、観光業、または外国人スタッフを含む職場での勤務経験があれば歓迎
優れた調整力・事務処理能力を有し、複数の業務を効率的に管理できる方
日本人・外国人スタッフ双方と円滑にコミュニケーションを図れる方
日常会話レベル以上の英語力、および日本語ネイティブまたはJLPT N1相当の日本語能力を有する方
