Custom Ski Boot Liners

Why Upgrade Your Liners?

The stock ski boot liners that come with your ski boots do the job just fine, but for the ultimate in comfort and performance, we highly recommend upgrading your liners.

Benefits:

  • Higher level of customisation: a higher degree of support in areas where you need it delivers an enhanced level of customisation and comfort, and enables our bootfitters to make more modifications that are specifically for tailored for you.

  • More precise perfromance: the denser materials deliver a highly accurate power transmission, allowing a ski boot to feel “stiffer” or more responsive, without having to do the buckles up too tight. This is especially beneficial for intermediate and advanced skiers, though also has benefits for novice skiers.

  • Increased durability and longevity: custom liners take a lot longer to “pack out”, meaning that when compared to a standard liner, you are able to get a longer life span out of your ski boots. Skiers will often replace their ski boot shells due to wear and tear, and continue to use the same custom liners.

  • Warmer: Our custom ski boot liners use more advanced materials, that will generally keep your feet warmer, when compared to standard ski boot liners.

To give an idea of what custom liners you will find in our stores, we have listed some models below. For a complete overview or to learn more, please visit us in-store.

Founded in 1989, ZipFit manufactures boot liners with 30 years of research and development backing the design. Founder and product designer Sven Coomer gained his expertise from designing industry-defining ski boots for Nordica, Atomic, and what is now Full Tilt. Today he focuses on creating the perfect ski boot liner using premium materials including self-molding cork composite, leather, neoprene, and wool insulation. Unlike foam that punches out and breaks down, ZipFit cork composite is highly customizable and retains its shape for hundreds of uses.
