Boot Solutions started out as a two-person bootfitting operation in a small temporary shop, built around one simple idea: get people into the right gear so they can have the best possible time on the mountain. Twenty years on, we've grown into a full ski and snowboard shop with premium stores across Niseko and Hakuba, and offer everything from custom bootfitting, to hardgoods, to outerwear, and more.

If you're a passionate ski or snowboard enthusiast who wants to spend the season around people who care about the same things you do, we'd love to hear from you.

Who we're looking for

Retail Staff

You know winter equipment, and you know how to match a customer with exactly what they need, not just what's easiest to sell. If you've got experience in retail or hardgoods and genuinely enjoy helping people gear up properly, this is for you.

Bootfitters

Experience is a bonus, not a requirement. What matters more is precision, patience, and a real interest in getting the fit right, we'll teach you the rest. If you like solving a good technical problem and want to pick up a life long skill, or want to further your bootfitting experience by working for one of the best operators in the game, this is for you.

Front of House Staff

Experience in hospitality or a similar customer facing role is preferred. You'll be the first face our customers see, so we're after people who are warm, organised, and good under pressure when the shop gets busy.
