We’re excited to announce that the Boot Solutions Online Store officially launched in October 2026!
Boot Solutions began as a specialist boot-fitting service, primarily offering ski boots and snowboard boots. Over the years, we have steadily expanded our product range and grown into one of Hokkaido’s leading winter sports specialists.
We offer a wide selection of products, including imported gear and international brands that can be difficult to find at other retailers, as well as products available in larger sizes. Explore our online shop and discover something new for your next winter adventure!

Important Information About Orders and Stock Availability
Some products listed in our online shop share inventory with our physical stores.
Once you place an order, we will check stock availability. Your order will be confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us following our stock check.
If an item is no longer available at our physical stores when your order is processed, we will contact you separately.
We also display store-level stock information on our website. However, inventory updates may not always be reflected in real time, so please be aware that displayed availability may occasionally differ from actual stock levels.

If a product is listed as sold out online, it may still be available at one of our physical stores.
Feel free to contact us through the chat box on our website. Depending on availability, we may be able to arrange the item for you.
To help us assist you more efficiently, please include the product name, size, and colour when making an enquiry.
If the item is available, we will provide you with a purchase link. Please complete your order within 24 hours of receiving the link, as it will expire after 24 hours. If no order is placed within this period, the purchase request will be cancelled.
Shipping Information
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within Japan only.
We can ship to hotels and temporary accommodation, making it easier for visitors travelling to Japan to shop with us. However, customers are responsible for ensuring that they can receive their deliveries at the specified address. We cannot take responsibility for deliveries that cannot be received due to customer-related circumstances. Please allow sufficient time for delivery when placing your order.
Processing and delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 1–3 days after payment has been confirmed.
All orders are shipped from Hokkaido, Japan. Please note that severe winter weather may cause shipping delays.
Ski and Snowboard Boot Fitting
Purchased ski boots and snowboard boots can be brought to our physical store for fitting services. Please note that boot fitting for products purchased online is subject to an additional fee.
If you would like to arrange a fitting, please contact us for further information.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges for online purchases cannot be processed directly at our physical stores.
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us through our website.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only within one week of purchase and only for products that are unused and in brand-new condition. Please contact us before sending any items back.
